other, the other, anther的区别
another指同类之另一个，或附加的一个或一次，通常用于单数名词前，（e.g. another book 另外一本书）如后面跟数词也可以用于复数名词前（e.g. another ten days 又一个十天)
other指“别的”、“另外的”、“其他的”。指尚未列举或提到的部分。一般多用于复数名词前（e.g. other suggestions 其他建议），在some,any,no,every等词及物主代词后，也可与单数名词或不可数名词连用(e.g. some other day 另一天)；但不能用在an后。
others指的是另一些，所指的东西无一定的范围
the other指“别的”、“另一的”，既可指两个中尚未提到的一个，也可指两部分中尚未提到的部分。指前者时用于单数名词前；指后者时用于复数名词前，意为“其余的”。 |
